Off Road Evolution's JK Experience presented by Falken Tire is the perfect opportunity to get your companies name in the limelight of a prestigious event focused on a particular niche in the automotive market…the Jeep Wrangler JK. This is an open event for ANY manufacturer of JK parts & accessories. Your invite is based on being an event sponsor. Only 10 sponsor spots will be allocated.
This is a great opportunity for everyone. This event will be the most extreme and exclusive JK run of its kind allowing manufacturers of JK products to showcase, test, and prove those products both on and off-road. This is not a competition, there are no losers or failures as we will all work together from start to finish to conquer the beautiful land and obstacles put in front of us.
You are responsible for all your expenses on the run.
All vehicles must be a 2007-current Jeep Wrangler JK, no exceptions!
As a sponsor you will be able to do live updates to your websites, YouTube and 4x4 forums. These updates should be only about your companies participation in the event, trails ran that day and status of your vehicle. Bashing other participants and/or their products is not permitted or for professional standards, not ethical. This event is intended to be great proving grounds for the Jeep JK and your products by testing your rig and skills to the extreme.
As a sponsor your logo will be included on the event sticker, event t-shirt, event poster, event website, and on the event DVD. Event DVD will be at least 45 minutes in length. As a "Double Throw Down" sponsor you will be permitted to submit your own 15-30 second commercial that will be included on the DVD in the Sponsor section. DVD's will be sold at select retail locations worldwide and online at multiple partner outlets of the event host, sponsor and coordinator. What does that mean for you as a sponsors…EXPOSURE!
All participants will be required to run the sponsors (host, feature, coordinator, and event sponsors) logos on their vehicles. All logos will be coordinated through RCH Designs.
Sponsors will be asked to sign an event waiver (liability) as well as release waiver for the photos and video taken of all participants during the event.
10 invited guests will be chosen to be on Off Road Evolution's JK Experience presented by Falken Tire. 5 of which will be directly invited by the event host and feature sponsor, while the remaining 5 will have the opportunity to submit their info through a few different portals such as facebook fan pages of JK Experience, Falken Tire, Off Road Evolution, and RCH Designs. All entries will be reviewed and chosen equally, you do not have to be a customer or friend of the event host, sponsor or coordinator to be in the running.

Invited guests fee for the event is $500, which includes;
- Opening night dinner
- 1 BBQ dinners during the week provided by RCH Designs and Off Road Evolution
- Closing night "BBQ & Beverages" provided by Off Road Evolution, Falken Tire, and RCH Designs
- Event Tshirt
- Event Hat
- Sponsor "SWAG Bag"
Invited guests will follow all the rules and regulations listed. Everyone will receive the same hospitality and treatment from the event staff and coordinators whether you're a sponsor or invited guest.
