    Hey guys,
Love the JKX and was wondering if you take applications from Australia?

Or will you be doing an international JKX to Australia?

The wheelin out here is unreal with some of the most amazing places in the world.

    Think about it….

      Hi, Mike.

Thanks for your support! At the moment, we’re not planning an international JKX however, we certainly do accept application from Australia! As long as you get your rig shipped over, we accept application from anywhere.

    Greetings

I bought my Jeep about a year ago and am beginning to get to some of the more expensive upgrades and replacements. I’ve been drooling over all the JK-Experience videos from years past and can’t wait until my Jeep (2012 4dr Wrangler Sport) is ready to apply for the JKX. Do you have any guides or suggestions for getting a Jeep ready? I know there are tons of very good vendors and retailers out there to source parts from but I’d love to see some suggestions. I must admit the 37″ tire requirement for 4dr jeeps caught me by surprise. I had previously only been considering 35’s as a max size. I’ll have to adjust my goals a bit :) I just replaced my front bumper and will be adding a winch in about 2 weeks. I think the tires, sport cage, and lockers are going to be my biggest items to get done.

Any info or guidance is greatly appreciated.

    -Shawn

      Thanks for your support Shawn.

There are lots of good suspension systems out there. If you plan on running the 35″ to 37″, I would recommend the EVO Enforcer System with a good quality King Shock. If the Kings are out of your price range we would recommend the Bilsteins. If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact Off Road Evolution at (714) 870-5515.

Do you have to have a Jeep JK for this experience?

  7. Scifideity says:

Will the JK-Experience end when the Jeep Wrangler is refreshed in 2015-16? It is my hope to participate but the amount of modifications I need are going to be rather expensive so it might be another year or two before I can even apply.

No we have no plans of ending the JKX….. We certainly appreciate your support and look forward to seeing your application whenever you are ready!!!!!

We really need to allow more Jeeps in other than JK’s. My personal opinion is as long as the Jeep has everything required it should be okay to run in the JK experience. All of us are Jeepers just because you don’t own a JK shouldn’t keep you out of the fun. My personal Jeep is a TJ and it meets the requirements. montana man

The JK Experience was originally started because other high profile events frowned upon JKs participating in their events. So we wanted to make an event exclusive for the JK to showcase the JK’s capabilities. Through the years and with great support, the event has taken off and we are now having requests to start other vehicle expeditions. We are currently looking into it and we appreciate your comment and following of the Off Road Evolution JK Experience.

how come it has to be a 2007 or new model jeep?

    • admin says:

2007 is when the platform changed to the current Jeep Wrangler the “JK”. We started to showcase the aftermarket products and capabilities of the JK. We are looking into other vehicle expeditions so everyone can have the Off Road Evolution Experience. Thank you Matt for your support and following.

Just out of curiosity, would a JK8 be eligible if it had met the other qualifications? If so, I would look forward to seeing a JK8 tearing up the trails along with the 2 and 4 door JKs.

I would love to apply for the 14′ JKX, just curious though i am military and my assignment could change with rather short notice that could change a lot of plans including vacation time. If i applied and on the chance i got picked but on short notice could not go be able to cancel and someone else could take my place or would it be better to wait until i have a for sure schedule set up?
